Abstract

The report gives an overview of the financial audit work carried out, status of completion of the audits, a summary of the audit opinions issued on the financial statements of the entities audited and the major findings in Local Government arising from the results of the audits carried out. Part II gives the detailed audit findings on the local government entities audited and part III contains the appendices supporting my findings.
